Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mobilisation Officer to support the smooth mobilisation process of candidates across various sites.

Based in West Perth, this full-time role runs Monday to Friday and offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive team environment. If you're someone who enjoys staying organised, communicating with a range of stakeholders, and working in a dynamic setting, this will be a great fit for you.

Previous mobilisation experience is highly regarded, however, our client will happily speak to those trying to get a start in their mobilisation career. All you need is administrative experience, attention to detail, ability to work at speed with competing priorities, and a moderate level of expertise with the Microsoft Office suite - the rest can all be taught

The Role:

  • Support the smooth mobilisation of candidates to remote mining sites, helping ensure they are mobilised in a timely and organised manner
  • Assist with onboarding activities such as booking medicals, coordinating site inductions, and gathering required compliance documents
  • Help manage PPE stock levels and orders to make sure all candidates are equipped and ready for site
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, site personnel, and external providers to keep mobilisation processes running efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking systems related to compliance, travel, and onboarding.

About You:

  • Administrative support, data-entry, professional administration experience are a MUST
  • Moderate-High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on SharePoint
  • Background in workforce mobilisation highly regarded - not essential
  • Knowledge of ERMS and INX platforms highly regarded - not essential
  • Strong written and spoken communication abilities
  • Highly organised with keen attention to accuracy and detail
  • Self-motivated, with the flexibility to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stays calm, approachable, and professional, even when things get busy
  • Available to start right away or within a short timeframe.

Unfortunately, we are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia and whom are currently in Australia.
