Administrator - Mobilisation Assistant

Perth, Western Australia Drive Personnel Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Drive Personnel is seeking on behalf of our client an Administration Assistant to join a small busy team in Perths CBD.

Previous Mobilisation experience is not essential, however some exposure to Shutdowns and/or the Fabrication, Construction or Heavy Lift/Transport sectors would be very beneficial.

Working as a part of the Mobilisation team in a modern office Monday - Friday this role will initially involve the following

  • General administration tasks
  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Taking accurate phone messages
  • Formatting of Qualifications
  • Proof reading of mobilisation packs
  • Forwarding of flights and accommodation details
  • Verifying of Qualifications and Licences
  • Booking medicals and training
  • Issuing PPE
  • Ad-hoc requests from Management and Recruitment & Mobilisation teams

While this role is for an administrative assistant the right candidate should be able to learn the ropes of the Business in a fairly short period of time and then through progression move into a more autonomous position that doesnt require as much oversight and be able to take ownership of there role within the team (Every link in the chain is critical to operational success)
