About The Opportunity
Based in our West Perth office, you will be responsible for end-to-end mobilisation of both blue and white-collar roles. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and site personnel to keep mobilisation processes running efficiently. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised, driven, adaptable to challenges in a fast-paced environment. A team player, positive attitude and a customer first approach

Your duties will include, but not limited to;

  • Mobilisation of various blue and white-collar roles across many projects and clients including (FMG, Rio Tinto and BHP)
  • Work closely with site management teams to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees
  • Ensuring all compliance is completed before mobilisation to site
  • Maintain a database of candidates and employees

About You

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a mobilisation and or site administration role
  • Experience mobilising for FMG, Rio Tinto and/or BHP preferred
  • Have an understanding of recruitment and mobilisation systems and workflow processes
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of Microsoft Office suite
