Due to high growth HES are searching for Mobilisation Officers to join our team. The positions would see the successful candidates assist us with managing the compliance and mobilisation of our staff to our clients within the Pilbara and surrounding areas, as well many other mining, oil and gas and infrastructure customers across the whole of WA.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating ongoing travel arrangements (flights and accommodation) for white & blue collar FIFO employees
  • Coordinating end to end tasks to facilitate smooth mobilisation and demobilisation staff
  • Responding to any queries with regards to flights & accommodation
  • Working closely with Project Managers & Supervisors
  • Check and confirm labour lists
  • Change, update and amend labour lists
  • Update employee/shutdown/project information on applicable databases
  • Updating databases
  • Coordination of onboarding Inductions, training & Drug & Alcohol screenings
  • Available for on call duties (roster system)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years' experience in Site mobilisation administration
  • Strong client liaison skills
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be proactive, punctual, reliable and available ad-hoc for Project Managers & Admin team
  • Excellent team player
  • Computer literate
  • Communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Well-presented and professional
