Client-facing role | Work from anywhere in Australia

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing Concrete & Building Supply Company. This is a flexible role with the opportunity to work remotely, servicing customers across every state in Australia.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with:

  • Orders and deliveries
  • Product information
  • Pricing and quotations
  • Job and materials estimation
  • General customer support

You will also be responsible for:

  • Contacting customers for feedback
  • Ensuring positive client experiences
  • Encouraging customers to leave reviews on our platforms
What We're Looking For

This role requires construction industry experience. You must either have hands-on experience or a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in a construction-related field. We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

  • Concrete supply
  • Building supplies
  • Construction services
  • Quantity take-off
  • Estimating, scheduling, or engineering
