Key responsibilities

This role focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term engagement with your future employer's solutions.

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through their first 100 days
  • Deliver proactive service calls and personalised training
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships and drive expanded product usage
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, sharing insights to inform strategy
  • Represent your future employer at events and provide feedback to headquarters to improve products and processes.

Your skills and experience

  • Customer focus: Previous experience in a customer success, account management, or client engagement role
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with an ability to build rapport easily
  • Proactive: Enjoy reaching out to customers, identifying needs, and providing guidance
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable learning and explaining complex dental technology
  • Organised: Experience managing CRM systems and structured engagement processes
  • Empathy: Positive, collaborative, and customer-oriented mindset.

You will stand out if you have

  • Industry: Background in dental technology, dental practice, or dental laboratory experience
  • Upsell: Experience identifying opportunities to expand product usage and drive adoption.
