Key responsibilities
This role focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term engagement with your future employer's solutions.
- Onboard new customers and guide them through their first 100 days
- Deliver proactive service calls and personalised training
- Build strong, trust-based relationships and drive expanded product usage
- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, sharing insights to inform strategy
- Represent your future employer at events and provide feedback to headquarters to improve products and processes.

Your skills and experience
- Customer focus: Previous experience in a customer success, account management, or client engagement role
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with an ability to build rapport easily
- Proactive: Enjoy reaching out to customers, identifying needs, and providing guidance
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable learning and explaining complex dental technology
- Organised: Experience managing CRM systems and structured engagement processes
- Empathy: Positive, collaborative, and customer-oriented mindset.
You will stand out if you have
- Industry: Background in dental technology, dental practice, or dental laboratory experience
- Upsell: Experience identifying opportunities to expand product usage and drive adoption.
