Marketing Coordinator (Remote – Australia)

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaboration, and has an eye for both creativity and detail.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in the coordination and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels


• Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign rollout


• Support content creation, including visuals, blog posts, and social media updates


• Track campaign performance using analytics tools, compiling insights and reports for optimization


• Coordinate marketing assets, schedules, and timelines to ensure smooth execution of projects


• Maintain digital marketing calendars and help organize online promotional activities


• Collaborate with external partners and vendors when needed for campaign support

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field


• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing


• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or HubSpot


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to accuracy and deadlines


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
