The Opportunity: Our rapidly growing call centre is looking for people to join the team. We are seeking individuals with call centre experience and some energy sales knowledge to become part of our team.

Our clients deliver simple and easy solutions, that free customers up for what matters most. And we want you to help with that

The role: This will be a casual inbound & outbound role, you will be contacting warm leads and customers who have already expressed their interest in our client's product Confidently discussing the product with the customer, you will find out if the energy product suits their needs and provide a simple, compliant sales conversion.

About You:

  • Confident phone manner
  • Energy plan or energy retailer experience favourable
  • Technically proficient with access to a computer and the ability to work from home with a suitable home office setup
  • Availability Monday, Thursday & Friday, between 10.30am to 6.30pm. (Other days available to cover shifts)
  • Must be based in New South Wales
  • Must be available 3 days per week
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Self-motivated
