We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team on a remote, contract, part-time basis.

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential for someone who loves sales and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and contact new employer leads


• Present Emplii's hiring solutions clearly


• Negotiate and close subscription or job-posting sales


• Maintain long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For


• Strong communication skills (English, Farsi, or other languages)


• Self-motivated and results-driven


• Sales experience is a plus but not required

Compensation: Commission only – earn based on your performance.
