Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales Payment Consultants based in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Work from our offices or we provide a work from home flexibility.

Our consultants will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and selling our payment solutions, providing excellent customer service, and managing relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks involve communication with clients, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Agent will work closely with the training department to stay up-to-date on new product developments and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients
  • Excellent Customer Service and Sales
  • Experience in Training and staying current with industry trends
  • Self-motivated with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software Huspot and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 3 years minimum experience selling payment solutions in the Australian market.
