This is a fast, consultative sales role where you turn briefs into memorable events. You'll work warm opportunities, shape solutions with clients, and champion speakers you're proud to represent — all with hybrid flexibility and a close, supportive team.

Your week might look like

  • Listening to a client brief and recommending spot-on speaker options
  • Owning key industry segments and nurturing repeat business
  • Prospecting and managing leads in
    Salesforce
  • Crafting creative, persuasive proposals that win
  • Coordinating with speakers and our internal team to deliver flawlessly

You'll shine if you

  • Bring
    5+ years
    of sales experience (events or talent/agency a plus)
  • Are proactive, relationship-driven, and energised by closing the deal
  • Write clearly, present confidently, and negotiate with ease
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders and support high-profile personalities
  • Thrive in a candid, collaborative, high-standards team
