We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Sales Agent to join our team and contribute to the success of our upcoming projects.

Position Summary:The Project Sales Agent will be responsible for managing the sales process for real estate development projects from inception to completion. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial project properties.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and trends.
  • Organize and participate in sales presentations, open houses, and property tours.

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and any changes.

Negotiation And Closing

  • Negotiate sales agreements to achieve the best possible terms for the company and the client.
  • Ensure all sales contracts and agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth transaction closures.

Reporting And Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with project managers, marketing teams, and other departments to achieve project goals.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and project development.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in project sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid real estate license [if applicable in your region].

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Real Estate license or COR
