We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Sales Agent to join our high-performing office in Forestville. If you love a fast-paced environment, enjoy working independently while being part of a strong, successful team—this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Prospect, list, market, and sell residential properties in the local area
  • Build and manage your own client base through networking and community connections
  • Run open homes, listing presentations, and assist with auctions
  • Deliver exceptional service and communication throughout the sales journey
  • Collaborate with our team, vendors, buyers, and external service providers
  • Use our premium CRM and sales platforms to manage your pipeline and listings

What You'll Need:
  • Real Estate License (NSW)
  • Previous real estate and sales experience
  • Proven sales record
  • Well spoken and articulate in English both verbally and written
  • A valid NSW Driver's License and your own reliable vehicle
  • Great communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Self-motivation, a competitive drive, resilience, and a professional presentation
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Local area knowledge is an advantage
  • Languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, or Armenian are helpful
