Traditionally focused on brand-new, research-approved property, we've recently launched our Buyers Advocacy service — helping clients secure established properties in high-performing markets.

We're now looking for a Buyers' Agent to join our team and drive this exciting new service.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a company that combines property research, client care, and deal-making at the highest level.

You'll work directly with clients to:

  • Receive a brief and source the right established property in a market approved by Blue Wealth's research tea
  • Research the property, comparables in the market and prepare compelling research documentation
  • Build and manage a network of Real Estate Agents
  • Negotiate with agents to secure the best outcome for clients
  • Support clients through every step of the process — from paperwork and contract administration through to exchange.

This is a true end-to-end service role, blending client relationship management, research and analysis, negotiation, and contract administration. No two days will be the same.

About You

  • 1-2 years' experience in Buyers Agency, real estate sales, or property investment (junior candidates with maturity and drive encouraged)
  • NSW Real Estate Licence
  • Strong negotiator — firm but relationship-focused
  • Confident preparing and presenting property and research documentation
  • Great with detail, able to guide clients through paperwork and contract requirements
  • Self-sufficient, organised, and reliable
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fun, fast-paced team environment
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve long-term wealth through property
