to drive market penetration, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

Role Description

As a
Commercial Agent for HEXAFRESH
, you will act as an
independent sales representative (mandated agent)
responsible for promoting, negotiating, and facilitating the sales of HEXAFRESH products within your assigned region.

You'll serve as the key link between HEXAFRESH and local customers, distributors, installers, and project partners, ensuring strong brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and represent
    HEXAFRESH products
    to potential customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the
    local point of contact
    , providing product information and support.
  • Report market feedback, opportunities, and competitor activity to the HEXAFRESH team.

Who We're Looking For

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented professional.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in
    sales, business development, or commercial representation
    (experience in HVAC, appliances, or energy-efficient products is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of local markets and customer needs.
  • Based in
    Australia
    , with a passion for sustainability and innovative technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to
    achieve sales targets and manage client relationships
    .
  • Solid knowledge of
    sales processes, prospecting, and market development
    .
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in
    digital communication tools
    (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, CRM).
