Senior Manager Parts and Service Development

Mazda Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Senior Manager – Parts & Service Development. In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic and operational initiatives across our parts and service business, driving customer satisfaction, dealer network performance, and alignment with Mazda's broader organisational goals.
This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Head Office in Mulgrave and this role requires in-office presence five days a week, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Design and implement retail and wholesale programs that enhance customer experience and dealer performance.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams and dealers to ensure parts availability, reduce vehicle downtime, and support new model launches.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets, pricing strategies, and cost containment measures to meet profitability targets.
- Data & Reporting: Deliver timely performance reports, maintain accurate service and warranty data, and oversee integration with dealer systems.
- Dealer Network Support: Monitor dealer compliance with service standards, conduct performance reviews, and support capacity planning.
- Training & Development: Ensure dealer staff training aligns with Mazda's service standards and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal departments, state offices, and dealer staff to align strategies and resolve issues.
About you:
You are a strategic thinker and inspiring leader with:
- A Degree in business or a related field
- Proven experience in dealership service and parts operations
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on KPI reports
