Senior Manager Parts and Service Development
. As the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating, implementing, and reviewing all parts and service business-related activities. Your strategic direction, leadership, and management will ensure the achievement of budgetary and key performance indicators, driving the success of Mazda Australia's parts and service operations.

This role requires in-office presence
five days a week
, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor industry service performance and competitive brands to ensure Mazda's retail customer service programs remain industry-leading.
• Develop and maintain retail and wholesale programs to support organizational objectives.
• Prioritise and implement strategic tasks outlined in the plan, ensuring timely reporting and adjustment as necessary.
• Facilitate discussions and meetings on service and parts business development matters.
• Manage departmental budgets to ensure cost containment and efficiency maximization.
• Develop annual parts sales and profit budgets in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Review parts pricing periodically and manage purchase orders and invoices.
• Develop annual service business benchmarks and review performance versus targets.
• Manage staff performance effectively and empower a motivated workforce.
