About The Role
This integral role will support the Head of Network Development in delivering the network strategy to grow, develop and sustain a viable network footprint. As Network Development Manager you will be responsible for managing dealers and supporting stakeholder relationships, to deliver on the network plan.
What You Will Bring To The Role
You will have a balance between strong relationship building, project management and analytical skills. Aa a strong communicator and influencer, you will be able to manage dealer performance across quantitative and qualitative network standards. Proven experience in the roll out of Profit Reporting, Facility and CI Programs would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible in engagement style, moving between Dealer Principal, Dealer management teams and supporting stakeholders, with ease. A problem solver, proficient in building and implementing frameworks to present on dealer performance and key network initiatives.
An individual will need to have a collaborative and cross functional mindset, adept at engaging across the GWM operational teams, to develop strategic, operational and pragmatic solutions to support our dealer partners and customers.
Some Of The Responsibilities Include
- Stakeholder management of the Dealer Network and its Executive teams
- Building relationships with key external stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Network Strategy
- Monitor and manage Facility Development and Corporate Identity (CI) Projects, covering all fundamental stages
- Understanding of Dealer Profitability drivers and Financial Management
- Comprehensive understanding of Geo Mapping associated tools and systems for PMA allocations.
- Regularly, develop and implement robust PMA strategies to analyse network performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimisation.
- Generate comprehensive reports on network performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel interstate as required.
Skills And Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in business management, commerce or related fields.
- Previous experience in a similar franchise management role in an Automotive OEM preferred
- Proven experience in network development, performance monitoring, and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of PMA reporting and analysis methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
- Intermediate MS office skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge in data analysis utilising MS Excel & Power BI
