JOB DESCRIPTION

Join the team as a Tender/Office Administration with Winslow based in the suburb of Campbellfield (Northern Suburbs).

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will

  • Request, collate and process quotes from subcontractors for materials and machinery
  • Compile tender documentation
  • Create Invoices and Purchase orders as required
  • Stock maintenance and ordering of stationery, office and kitchen supplies.
  • Support with event organizing and catering and set up of meetings
  • Provide tracking reports to relevant project stakeholders
  • Review and reconcile cost database for discrepancies
  • Organise and order stock of tools, equipment, uniforms
  • Other tasks as required for support project teams
