Your Key Responsibilities

As a Scheduling & Operations Administrator, you will ensure smooth project delivery by:


• Administrative Support: Manage records, reports, and documentation for operational efficiency.


• Scheduling: Allocate personnel and equipment using our job management system.


• HSEQ Compliance: Maintain health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.


• Training Management: Update training matrices for team compliance.


• SWMS Preparation: Complete and review Safe Work Method Statements


• Equipment Oversight: Coordinate machinery servicing, repairs, and risk assessments.


• Project Admin: Ensure accurate project notes for timely invoicing.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with:


• Experience: 5+ years in scheduling or coordination roles, ideally in logistics, construction, or equipment hire industries.


• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO quality systems and construction equipment.


• Organizational Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with exceptional attention to detail.


• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.


• Tech Proficiency: Experience in using job management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
