About The Role
We're seeking a dedicated
HSEQ Systems Administrator / Data Coordinator
to play a key role in ensuring our business systems are efficient, user-friendly, and fully aligned with compliance and operational excellence across our projects. This is a back-office IT role — it's about
partnering with project teams
, supporting frontline construction workers, and keeping our systems running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for
administering our HSEQ platforms
, maintaining
data accuracy
, driving
reporting and insights
, and
supporting users
across the business.
You'll work within a collaborative team, sharing responsibilities and making a real impact on how our safety, quality, and environmental systems operate across major infrastructure works.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Administer HSEQ platforms including DoneSafe, Power BI, 3DS and prequalification portals (e.g., Rapid Global, Damstra, Avetta, Pegasus, etc.).
- Provide front-line technical support and system training to internal and external users.
- Monitor data for consistency and accuracy across platforms.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support project and compliance outcomes.
- Manage and control project and safety documentation across systems.
- Assist with audits, contractor prequalification's, and compliance submissions.
- Identify system improvements and assist with upgrades and new implementations.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Experience administering digital HSEQ, compliance, or workflow systems, ideally in construction or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with platforms such as DoneSafe, 3DS, Rapid Global, Pegasus, Aconex, or similar tools.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Power BI, Excel, or system dashboards.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support a variety of users.
- Competence in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and document control systems.
- Certificate or Diploma in WHS, Business Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
