Aaditya Rental is a growing vehicle rental company providing a wide range of cars, vans, utes, trucks, and buses to individuals and businesses across Melbourne and Adelaide. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable vehicles, flexible rental solutions, and excellent customer service.

We are now looking for a motivated Sales & Admin Associate to join our team. This role is diverse, combining customer service, sales, administrative support, and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Service
  • Respond to customer enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins, social media).
  • Promote rental services and convert leads into bookings.
  • Upsell additional services (insurance, accessories, long-term hire, Rent-to-Own).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Administration & Office Support
  • Process bookings, rental agreements, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in debt collection and managing customer damages/claims.
  • Prepare reports and assist with accounts-related tasks.
  • Operations & Vehicle Management
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals, ensuring condition reports are accurate.
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Organise fleet logistics (pickups, drop-offs, transfers between sites).
  • Drive vehicles when required for customer delivery, inspections, or service runs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration (rental/automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, booking platforms).
  • Full Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
