Position Description: We are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to a key executive within our global Product Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to the development of cutting-edge automotive products that will shape the future of mobility.

Skills Required:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. - Calendar & Schedule Management. - Communication Management. - Travel Arrangements. - Meeting Support. - Document Preparation & Management. - Expense Reporting. - Project Support. - Office Administration. - Confidentiality - Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all sensitive information, documents and discussions. - Event Planning.

  • Experience Required:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably within a global corporation or a product/technology-focused environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and other relevant collaboration tools.

Qualifications

Proven previous experience.
