You will

  • Warmly welcome and bid farewell to guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, attending to guest needs with care and attention.
  • Proactively assist with guest inquiries across all communication channels (face-to-face, telephone, and email), ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Provide personalized recommendations on local activities, events, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, embodying a "can-do" attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
