**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide genuine and anticipatory customer service for all guests.
- Deal efficiently and professionally with all hotel guests and employees regarding complaints and concerns and taking responsibility for tasks to assure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during the reservation, check-in and checkout procedures.
- Organise, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Passion for Guest Service and a desire to work in a boutique hotel environment.
- Previous experience working in a Front Office Guest Service Agent role is advantageous.
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team.
- Confidence in using hotel-based computer systems and the ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems.
- The ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, nights, and public holidays)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
