Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting analytical assessments. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic planning and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
  • Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Sydney Area
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the Construction or Lifestyle categories is beneficial
