Position Overview:
As a **Key Account Manager**, you will play a vital role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with key clients within the timber and hardware industry. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a proactive approach to building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and business needs.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek out potential clients in the timber and hardware industry.
- Account Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and negotiation to contract renewal, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of products and services.**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the timber and hardware industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of NSW timber and hardware market trends and regulations is preferred.
