THE POSITION

We're currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Gold Coast based Client Financials Team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the end-to-end accounts payable process with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing urgent invoices for timely payment
  • Overseeing the accounts payable entry process and resolving any issues
  • Administering payments in accordance with company policies and supplier terms
  • Ensuring strict compliance with internal controls
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through clear and professional communication
  • Managing client term deposit rollovers
  • Providing financial information and support to management as required

ABOUT YOU

Any experience in the strata management or body corporate industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
