Payroll Administrator:
Location Gold Coast

Salary $80,000 P/Y + Superannuation

Skills and Experience
- Experience using cloud-based accounting software; XERO
- Experience using Microsoft Office-365 Excel, Word
- Prior experience as bookkeeper or business administrator
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Background experience with payroll
- Have a professional approach when interacting with colleagues and clients
- Be reliable, well presented, and have exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines

Role
- Day to day Bookkeeping (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Invoicing
- Superannuation lodgment
- Processing timely payment to suppliers
- Office Organization
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and liaise with HR to resolve any issue
- Onboard new employee
- Understand current legislation, awards, agreements policies and procedures
- Interpret employment agreements.
