**An exciting opportunity now exists for a Finance Officer to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the treasury functions outlined below.**

**About The Role**

Reporting to the Accounts receivable Team Leader, your key responsibility will be to for maintaining the group’s long term forecast model.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
The Finance Officer is primarily responsible to assist with AR functions and mainly involved with allocating customer payments inside RCS system, manage EziDebit receipts daily and posting in MYOB, Xero as well as banking duties and daily bank reconciliations for Aspire 42 Groups. Reporting directly to AR Team Lead, they will also support the AR functions and processing activities at month end as well as any other ad hoc tasks & projects impacting the Finance function that arise out of the ordinary course of business.

**About You**

**To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes**:

- Proven experience of 3 years or more in a similar role
- Experience with AR functions, banking, and reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a productive team member.
- Strong grasp of Financial Accounting Process, have exposure to a medium to large organizations.
- Experience with EziDebit, MYOB and Xero software, or other similar accounting software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
