- **Who you are**:_

We are looking for a number of Collections Officers, both experienced and entry level to join our team. If you have experience, fantastic, you can hit the ground running and tackle our more challenging accounts

If you have never worked in collections before, that’s ok too; talented individuals who love what they do are always welcome to join our team. You may not have a background in Finance, but you have some transferrable skills that could be exactly what we're looking for.
- **Our Locations**:_

Finance One is expanding and we currently have offices located in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Townsville, you choose where you want to work
- **The Role**:_

Your role is a diverse one. Our Collections team are responsible for the following:

- Negotiating the collection of outstanding arrears on accounts, along with educating customers to ensure adherence to their future obligations.
- Identifying and assisting customers experiencing financial hardship
- Reviewing accounts and determining the best course of action for the client and the company
- Skip tracing & Enforcement Proceedings
- Maintain accurate and compliant account records, ensuring all relevant customer information is obtained and updated
- Professional call conduct with customers, clients and third parties
- _Adherence to all legislative guidelines which govern the industry including the ACCC, the Privacy Act (1988) and National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP)._

- **What you need**:_
- Previous collections (or similar) experience highly desirable but not essential, we can work with you and help you grow.
- Positive and growth driven
- Self-motivation and attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Is reliable and honest
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
