Our client is a nationally recognised force in structural steel, design, fabrication and installation. With a strong delivery record across major projects, they are now expanding their footprint in Western Australia and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth in this key market.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing and building the WA presence of a fast-growing national company. You'll be out front, driving new relationships, shaping strategy, and securing projects across the commercial, industrial, and resources sectors.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Building and growing the WA client base across commercial, industrial and mining projects
  • Developing pursuit strategies and securing opportunities with Tier 1 & 2 contractors, EPCMs, and principal project owners
  • Leading tenders and proposals in partnership with estimating, design, and procurement teams
  • Representing the WA business in negotiations and client engagement, backed by a strong national delivery team
  • Maintaining CRM reporting, pipeline forecasting, and win/loss analysis to sharpen performance
  • Acting as a key driver of growth in the WA market while aligning with national strategy

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record in business development within structural steel, fabrication, industrial construction, or mining projects
  • Strong understanding of WA's resources and infrastructure sectors
  • Experience managing complex tenders and building lasting client relationships
