We're looking for a motivated Field Sales Manager to spearhead our WA & SA sales efforts. You'll build, guide, and inspire a team of 10–12 new-business-hunting BDMs, driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor your BDMs, unlocking their potential and maximising performance.
  • Analyse KPIs to track success, identify improvement areas, and strategise for results.
  • Foster a positive, high-morale environment that encourages teamwork and engagement.
  • Demonstrate a history of leading field based sales teams and achieving measurable results.
  • Drive results in a new business based environment on short sales cycles
  • Regular field & state based travel is required
