We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Representative / BDM to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing business within your assigned territory in WA by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts within your territory.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, product/project specialists) to deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, opportunities, and territory performance.

About You

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently within your territory.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Daily travel within the WA territory is required for this role.
  • Familiar with Hubspot CRM or other software's
  • Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
