Despatch Officer – Pronto & EDI Experience | $37 p/h | Acacia Ridge

Quest Personnel is seeking an experienced Despatch Officer to join the growing team of our industry-leading food manufacturing client, based in Acacia Ridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with strong Pronto and EDI knowledge to step into a key role within a supportive and collaborative environment. A current forklift licence will also be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day despatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely order processing
• Use Pronto and EDI systems to process purchase orders, invoices, and stock movements
• Liaise with internal teams, transport providers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
• Maintain stock accuracy, including putaways and stock control activities
• Support loading/unloading where required (forklift licence preferred)
• Deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in despatch, warehousing, or supply chain administration
• Proven skills in Pronto and EDI systems (essential)
• Current forklift licence (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a busy environment
• Commitment to reliability, safety, and long-term career growth
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
