Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager located in the Mid Coast of NSW. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented
Business Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for optimizing store performance, streamlining operational processes, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and brings a strong background in business strategy, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations or business management, preferably in a multi-store environment
  • Proven ability to lead and manage retail teams effectively
  • Strong understanding of retail sales metrics, inventory management, and merchandising strategies
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems (e.g., POS, ERP, inventory tools)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
