The Opportunity
We're looking to make our first hire in Queensland and that's our Business Development Manager (BDM). We currently have a Sydney Office, our HQ is in Auckland, New Zealand and we have presence in Canada.
Being a part of the global sales team, you'll have great teammates cheering you on. And being part of the local team, you'll take MyHR Australia to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of the growth team, translating the strategy to a plan that sees us growing in QLD and in Australia.
- Manage the sales cycle end to end.
- Build networks and relationships that we leverage for our growth.
- Plan where we go, who we talk to and how we show up (you'll have all our support including that of an awesome marketing team).
- Be ready to experiment, learn and iterate.

- A good knowledge of the HR landscape, we'll help you build on that

- While QLD's built on coffee catch ups, caffeine consumption is not a must
