We are now growing our Transformation & Governance practice and seeking a Senior Consultant – Change Management to support our government and corporate clients across Queensland with effective change leadership, strategy, and delivery.

What You'll Do

  • As a Senior Consultant, you will provide professional change management services, including:
  • Leading and facilitating stakeholder engagement to assess readiness and define change impact.
  • Designing and implementing change strategies, plans, and interventions that align with business outcomes and project objectives.
  • Developing and delivering communication and engagement materials to support awareness and adoption.
  • Supporting capability uplift through training needs analysis and learning delivery coordination.
  • Monitoring change effectiveness and adapting strategies as required.
  • Contributing to internal capability building and client relationship development.
  • Taking commercial accountability for project outcomes and supporting business development activity.
  • Staying current with change management practices and frameworks, such as Prosci, Kotter, and ADKAR.

About You

  • Significant experience delivering organisational change management across complex transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead change across a variety of industries, ideally including government or regulated sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A background in consulting or demonstrated ability to operate in a client-facing advisory role.
  • Relevant qualifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci certification) are highly regarded.
