About the role
Screen NSW is the state's screen funding body and supports the industry through a range of initiatives and programs while also promoting NSW as a premier filmmaking destination.
The Project Officer provides project support and coordination across Screen NSW, working closely with the Head of Screen NSW and the wider team. You will help manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that projects and operational priorities are delivered on time and to a high standard, while also keeping documentation, reporting and governance processes up to date.
You will take responsibility for a variety of tasks, from making travel bookings and coordinating diaries, meetings and correspondence, to preparing reports and briefing materials for a range of audiences. The role also supports business operations such as finance, procurement and recruitment, and involves building effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of outcomes.

About You
You will bring experience in providing executive support and administrative services, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to support boards, committees and senior leaders will help you succeed in this role.
Ideally, you have experience working with stakeholders in the screen or digital games industries, along with some knowledge of grants administration and compliance processes. Experience within NSW Government, along with the ability to use databases to produce information and reports for decision making, will also be highly regarded.
