We are looking for a committed, organized project officer to work part-time in a small dynamic business servicing the commercial construction sector.

What we offer:

·       Office-based role with hands-on support during training

This is an office-based role, working 32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, from 8am to 4pm.

Key responsibilities:

·       Support the Project Management Team with admin and coordination tasks

·       Prepare project documents including SWMS, manuals, and tenders

·       Organise site visits, inductions, and liaise with clients and technicians

·       Maintain internal systems and databases

·       Assist with recruitment admin, onboarding,

·       Handle general office duties - calls, deliveries, meetings, training, IT troubleshooting

·       Provide excellent customer service

What we are looking for:

·       Excellent organisation and time management skills

·       Strong initiative and problem-solving ability. you're a self-starter who likes variety

·       Min 1 year experience in an administrative, project support, or coordination role,  in construction or trades highly regarded.

·       High-level computer skills: Microsoft Office, pc, iPads, cloud management systems

·       Confident communicator, works well in a team

·       Reliable, punctual, with positive, can-do attitude

·       An interest or knowledge in AI would be a plus and helpful for exploring innovative solutions
