About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Project Officer
to support the delivery of two key digital initiatives. You'll work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, aligned with association requirements, accreditation standards, and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning, scheduling, and reporting for multiple projects, maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead tender evaluation processes, acting as the primary point of contact for vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate meetings, monitor vendor performance, and facilitate communication between association staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Organise workshops, consultations, and testing sessions to gather requirements and feedback.
- Draft agendas, minutes, and action logs; collate user requirements and system specifications; maintain clear and compliant project documentation.
- Coordinate pilot and user acceptance testing (UAT), supporting the development of training materials and rollout plans.
- Assist with issue resolution during go-live.
- Provide secretariat support to committees and working groups.

What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in project management, business, or related field (preferred).
- Professionalism and agility in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects (education, health, or digital platforms).
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and tender processes.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality reports and documentation.
- Familiarity with education, CPD, or accreditation processes (desirable).
