What you'll be doing

The Project Officer is responsible for:

• Managing a wide range of projects, in collaboration with management, stakeholders and peers
• The effective and efficient delivery of defined project outcomes within agreed timeframes, budgets, quality and resources
• Providing research and analysis to inform project development and implementation and senior management, as needed.

• Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience providing high-level project support, preferably within large or complex organisations.
• Proven ability to work across multiple projects or workstreams, balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Experience in supporting project delivery, including monitoring progress, managing scope, tracking risks/issues, and providing accurate reporting and advice to project managers and executives.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) and project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
