Your New Role

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced National Industrial BDM to join our team on a full time basis located in either our Perth or Adelaide office.

Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define Country Vertical Industrial sales strategy (in line with and based on Global and Regional Products' strategies as well as Regional Sales strategy)
  • Ensure preparation/execution/monitoring/continuous improvement of account strategies/development plans/business plans
  • Ensure/coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes within the Industrial Vertical
  • Drive and support Products in definition of industry-specific solutions and corresponding pricing
  • Ensure acquisition of new VIS target customers and enhancement of customer relationships with the goal to retain and expand HWL business
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and support on client interactions
  • Ensure contract negotiation with VIS accounts within commercial parameters defined by Product and in close alignment with Products and Geos
  • Support local sales activities within the respective Vertical
  • Coordinate with product to clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.

What You Need

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

  • 5 Years Experience in similar role within the industry
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Freight Forwarding & Logistics experience highly desirable
  • Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to details
