Are you a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for customer relations? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of processes and make a real impact? We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Support person to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our BDM's day-to-day operations and business to business sales performance.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end back office sales and BDM support. You'll establish relationships with buyers across various industries—ensuring that account sales run smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Quotes and Ordering

  • Assist with customer quotations under BDM direction
  • Place orders with suppliers and negotiate terms
  • Research tooling for customer requirements

Customer Service

  • Meet with clients instore during purchase and dispatch phases
  • Liaise with clients over the phone
  • Generate relationships with regular customers
  • Follow up on overdue customer accounts

Order Collation and Dispatch

  • Liaise with warehouse on delivery and dispatch
  • Pick orders instore and prepare for shipping
  • Book couriers and complete local deliveries

About You:

Minimum 3 years' experience in tooling or related industry

Confident using Microsoft Office and accounting software (Pronto desirable)

Accurate, organised and able to meet deadlines

Great communication skills and a proactive attitude

High level of discretion and professionalism

Valid Western Australian drivers licence
