Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Manager, located in Melbourne, VIC with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, and conducting market research. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as analyzing sales data to improve performance. The manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing: Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Marketing Campaigns and Promotional Materials: Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  • Market Research: Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
  • Client Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
  • Team Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with various teams for effective communication and alignment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus
  • Experience in the travel industry is advantageous
