About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Ignite Education VIC PTY LTD' in Melbourne, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing strategies, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  2. Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through proactive prospecting
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  4. Overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and lead generation
  5. Managing and mentoring a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure they meet their individual and team objectives
  6. Analysing sales and marketing data to measure performance and inform strategic decision-making
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (5+ years) in a sales and marketing management role, ideally within the education or training industry
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to inform strategic decision-making
  6. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Relevant tertiary qualification in a business, marketing, or related field
