Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Melbourne, VIC, is for a Marketing and Sales Manager at LITE College. The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales campaigns, overseeing the marketing team, analyzing market trends, and providing continuous support to enhance brand awareness and drive enrollment. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, generating reports, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the college.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing strategy development, market analysis, and trend identification
  • Proven skills in managing sales campaigns, lead generation, and conversion strategies with Education Agents
  • Excellent communication, team management, and coordination skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the education and training sector is advantageous
