Client Details

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is currently seeking a Japanese-speaking Assistant to provide comprehensive day-to-day support to their team.

Description

The key responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver administrative and operational assistance across various team functions
  • Support the preparation of documentation, including loan agreements and credit applications
  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist with account opening procedures and KYC processes
  • Support the preparation and submission of reports to the head office.
  • Translate and summarise documents between Japanese and English
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international business travel
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
  • Oversee subscriptions and memberships
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Profile

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

  • Strong administrative, time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluent in Japanese speaking, writing and reading & fluent in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
