About the opportunity

We are looking for a capable eCommerce Executive to assist with our global expansion through new online retailers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a fast-paced eCommerce industry and possesses the ability to thrive in a varying work environment and has a values-based style that can collaborate and motivate across our team to achieve exceptional outcomes for our consumers, retailers and our business.

Experience across multiple eCommerce platforms would be valued to effectively manage diverse online retail partnerships.

What will you do?
  • Oversee the setup and ongoing account management of key online retailers including Rakuten Japan, with support from the Head of eCommerce including onboarding, product page and brand store set up.
  • Support our Japanese families on their feeding journey—responding with care to enquiries via email/phone.
  • Provide Japanese to English translation for the LittleOak team.
  • Identify and prioritise potential new global online retailers for LittleOak based on opportunity size and strategic fit.
  • Pitch the LittleOak story via email and other channels—sharing our vision, mission, product USPs, and commercial opportunity for the retailer.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new partners—managing queries, product listings, and account set-up.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail partnerships or account management would be valued for this position.
  • Support retailer order integration to LittleOak.
  • Review and audit product pages before they go live to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Track and report on KPIs: number of new resellers onboarded, new markets entered, and sales performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide light support for LittleOak's website content management across our six sites (CMS-related work).
  • Assist with general eCommerce admin tasks as required - such as product page audits to ensure all product information displayed is correct and user testing of newly developed assets before go live.

The ideal candidate

We are looking for someone with:

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
  • Native or near-native level Japanese fluency is required for translation and customer support tasks.
  • Very strong written ability in both Japanese and English
  • Strong communication skills as you'll be representing the LittleOak brand to new retailer and consumers.
  • Comfortable with managing projects and taking initiative – moving forward with multiple online retailer projects at once.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills who loves working within a team.
  • Ultimately, we are looking for a high-energy individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves and hit the ground running from day one.
