About Us

Our client is seeking a Japanese Speaking Administrative Assistan t to support daily operations in a collaborative office environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a broad range of business skills while contributing to a supportive team. This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

General Office Support

  • Manage office and kitchen supplies, ensuring a clean and functional workspace
  • Coordinate guest visits and corporate events, including catering and room setup
  • Handle subscriptions and memberships, including renewals and payments
  • Answer phone calls, manage mail and deliveries, and send greeting communications
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital document

Executive Support

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Process expense reports and assist with calendar coordination

Financial & Procurement Tasks

  • Enter financial data into accounting software
  • Process payments and prepare expense statements
  • Issue invoices and manage fixed asset records

Other Duties

  • Support ad-hoc tasks as requested

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Japanese
  • No prior experience required – full training provided
  • No formal qualifications necessary
  • Basic skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 10kg (can and bottles)
  • Strong hospitality mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Working Environment:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
